Ingredients Preparation
- 2 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Production Steps
- Step 1. Pound the pork chops to even thickness.
- Step 2. Dredge in seasoned flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat in breadcrumbs.
