Ingredients Preparation

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Production Steps

1. Step 1. Mix dough and chill.Scrape down the sides of the bowl once or twice to incorporate everything evenly. Let the mixture cool completely before moving on to maintain the right texture.
2. Step 2. Cut gingerbread men shapes.
3. Step 3. Bake 12 minutes at 350°F.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and use the center rack for even heat.
