Production Steps
- Step 1. Pan-sear salmon and cut into small pieces.Leave the protein undisturbed for 1-2 minutes before flipping to build color.
- Step 2. Cook pasta and keep some cooking water.
- Step 3. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add white wine and cream.
- Step 4. Toss pasta, salmon, and cheese in the sauce.Keep heat on low and stir occasionally so the sauce doesn’t stick to the pot.
