- Salmon
- dumpling wrappers
- ginger
- garlic
- green onions
- soy sauce
- salt

Production Steps
- Step 1. Cook salmon and chop into small pieces.
- Step 2. Mix with ginger, garlic, and green onions.Scrape down the sides of the bowl once or twice to incorporate everything evenly.
- Step 3. Wrap in dumpling skins and seal.
- Step 4. Fry in oil until golden, steam until cooked through.
