- Salmon
- rice
- onion
- carrot
- peas
- egg
- soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
Production Steps
- Step 1. Cook salmon, cut into small pieces.
- Step 2. Stir-fry onions, carrots, and peas.
- Step 3. Add cold rice, cook with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.Keep heat on low and stir occasionally so the sauce doesn’t stick to the pot.
- Step 4. Add salmon and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
