Teriyaki Salmon
Salmon glazed with teriyaki sauce and pan-seared to a golden finish.

- Salmon
- soy sauce
- honey
- ginger
- garlic
- green onions
Production Steps
- Step 1. Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.Keep heat on low and stir occasionally so the sauce doesn’t stick to the pot. Scrape down the sides of the bowl once or twice to incorporate everything evenly.
- Step 2. Marinate salmon for 30 minutes.Cover and refrigerate during the marinating time so the flavors develop fully.
- Step 3. Pan-sear salmon, glazing with sauce until golden.Keep heat on low and stir occasionally so the sauce doesn’t stick to the pot. Leave the protein undisturbed for 1-2 minutes before flipping to build color.
- Step 4. Serve with rice.Plate immediately and finish with fresh herbs or citrus to brighten the dish.
