Thai-style Spicy and Sour Salmon
Thai-style spicy and sour salmon served with a coconut milk-based sauce.

Production Steps
- Step 1. Cook or pan-sear salmon.Leave the protein undisturbed for 1-2 minutes before flipping to build color.
- Step 2. Mix fish sauce, lemongrass, chili, garlic, ginger, and lime juice.Keep heat on low and stir occasionally so the sauce doesn’t stick to the pot. Scrape down the sides of the bowl once or twice to incorporate everything evenly.
